You can download VORA from Google Play for Android devices. For iOS devices, the version should be available soon on the App Store, so stay tuned! Meanwhile, you can access VORA’s features through a browser if you're using iOS.

Yes, currently our application supports 15 languages, including English, French, Czech, Dutch, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmål, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish. The app automatically matches the language of the device after being downloaded.
Remember that VORA is designed to be inclusive and accessible, once you have the permission from your doctor, you can start your journey. It's necessary to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

VORA's features cater primarily to seniors but are available to individuals 18 and older (legal age). Regardless of age, users can enjoy personalized fitness and nutrition programs, personalized progress tracking, and community support. Prior to starting any new regimen, consulting with a healthcare provider is recommended, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
Your account
First, you need to buy a membership. Once it's finalized, you’ll receive an email immediately explaining the next steps, including a link to your account.
To change your account information, log into your account, then navigate to settings at the top right corner of your profile page. You'll have access to all the information, and you can edit it.
You can easily change your email and password by going to your account settings.
It could be because your membership is over. You can contact us at contact@vora.fr, and our support team will look into it immediately.
To delete your account, go to your account settings.
No, VORA does not currently offer shared accounts for professionals. Each user must have their individual account to access the platform's features and services. If you are a healthcare provider or fitness professional looking to manage multiple clients' information, you can still use VORA to track their progress and provide guidance, but each client will need their own separate account.

No, VORA does not currently support simultaneous access from multiple devices with one account. Each user account is intended for individual use and can only be logged into from one device at a time. If you wish to access VORA from multiple devices, you will need to log out from one device before logging in from another.
Subscriptions
A VORA subscription includes personalized fitness plans, nutrition guidance, access to a supportive community, cardio and progress tracking through the app. Users can also access professional consultations (appointments) and optional in-person sessions at an additional price. For businesses, we tailor our services according to their specific needs, offering comprehensive health solutions for seniors. Additional features may vary based on the subscription level.
You have the option to manage your subscription, including cancellation, at any time through your account dashboard. If you choose to cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current term. Please note that once the subscription is renewed, it cannot be reversed.. If you encounter issues, refer to the app's support or contact VORA customer service.
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan on VORA, simply log in to your account, navigate to the memberships section, and select the desired plan. Follow the prompts to complete the process seamlessly.
Yes, VORA offers a free trial period for new users to experience the platform and its features before committing to a subscription.

Yes, VORA offers discounts for seniors and groups. Please contact our customer support team for more information on eligibility and how to apply for these discounts. You can simply follow their profile (just like instagram) and see updates of their activities or you can connect with them through our community feature on VORA. You’ll see some profiles labeled “staff” in each community. They are the ones in charge of managing the group.

Booking a session with a health expert is easy through the VORA app. Simply browse through the available appointments on the appointments schedule, select the one that meets your needs, and schedule a session at your convenience. Some professionals propose the first session as a complimentary one.

Gift cards
To purchase a gift card, simply visit our website or app and navigate to the "Gift Cards" section. Choose the desired amount and proceed to checkout. You can personalize the gift card with the recipient's details before completing the purchase.
Once the gift card is purchased, the recipient will receive an email notification with the gift card code and instructions on how to redeem it. They can enter the code during the checkout process when subscribing to VORA or applying it to their existing account. The gift card value will be applied towards their subscription purchase, providing them with access to all the features and benefits of VORA.
